Joystick?
Maybe @KotisMarie is trying to say that the PT manual controls aren't as smooth/precise as they should be?
If so, I think that is a fair criticism. They do often overshoot.

I recently brought 6 pan camera's. I love them, they are great being able to set a home zone is great.
I brought a year long Arlo secure plus service plan. I am having trouble with Google as I had a monthly plan there paid at spark. We canceled the payment at spark. When I uploaded the cameras it was easy, then I put the service plan in it would only let me get so far. I found out I had not canceled the previous plan from Google so did this. I went back in the next day and it was canceling my year plan, it cancels on the 3rd June I would really like some help with this please I am 71 can not figure this out, went back to spark, he could not can you please help me
Thank you
Kathleen

I just purchased the VMC3073 to add to my current 10 camera system and have been unable to connect this to my VMB5000 smart hub. Every camera I own even the older essential indoor camera is connected to the hub as this is required for integration with Apple HomeKit. Please help.

At the moment, the camera isn't compatible with either a smarthub nor homekit.

The new Essential Pan & Tilt Security Camera looks like a solid addition to the Arlo lineup. The 360° viewing capability combined with auto motion tracking should make it much easier to monitor larger indoor spaces without needing multiple cameras.

Then why release a newer camera model that can't even connect to your own equipment? Your customers buy these expecting the ability to record locally and also connect to their smart ecosystem giving them full access and control over their security.
By when will this have the ability to integrate with your own hub and also HomeKit?

You must have meant @jallen447 ...
@Sjon - homekit and smarthub support often comes quite a while after release of new camera models. That is frustrating.
No idea if Arlo will ever add smarthub support, hopefully they will.
