Arlo pan Tilt security camera 2K

when we bought the Arlo pan tilt camera it had a 30 day trail and it recorded all vehicle movement up and down driveway. Now we have a subscription and have to pay for it. It no longer records all vehicle movements. its a hit and miss yet its positioned exactly the same as it was in the 30 day trail. any ideas or reasons why it no longer records everything
