My system doesn't record anymore.  do i have to have a subscription or can i reload the old system?

If you’re missing recordings in your feed but getting push motion notifications, check the subscription plan has not expired.

 

Look in the mobile app under settings/support/your camera for subscription status.

What cameras are connected through the VMB4000????

Do you have more than 5 unsubscribed cameras in the account?
