smart detection

I have the plus subscription and recently whenever my alerts come in, it just shows “motion” but I used to show “person detected” or “animal detected” and now it doesn’t do that anymore, so whenever I go to the smart detection, it just shows a black screen… how can I fix this ?

Can you try reinstalling the Arlo app and double checking your smart notifications in the settings?
