what setup do you have? What cameras, any smart hub? Are you using "library" or "feed" version of the mobile app?
fyi for my smarthub + 3x ultra camera + NO subscription, I can view LIVE for all 3 cameras at the same time --- from web browser or from mobile app ("feed" version).

Don't feel bad... just tested.
Using Firefox also ( latest version ) and the current web access ( ver 5.4.2) DOES NOT allow me to live view more than one camera on the Device page ( it use to allow 5 ).
When on camera is viewing, and attempt to log into a second the second never connects but times out at about 15 seconds.
BUT, it did work on Chrome.... so thinking it's bewtween FF and the Arlo access.
Will pass along.

I was also able to reproduce this behavior. I've escalated this to the development team for further investigation.
