do not see cameras on my pc since firmware was initiated only on my phone

Do not see cameras on my PC since firmware was initiated only on my phone. Before I can go to my PC and see all of my cameras.

Are you able to log into my.arlo.com?

 

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?
