Arlo doesn't offer subscriptions in Armenia, and you do need a subscription for a lot of the camera features.
Also, some camera models can't be installed in all countries.
There is a workaround that some have used, which is to create an account using a VPN in another country. You also need a payment method for that country. That might not be enough to get you the person recognition feature (since that is not legal in all places).

Has this been confirmed? Becasue this is what I am trying to do. I already purchased the cameras and set them up here in the US, added them to my existing account. Would I be able to now take them to Ecuador South America and they wifi they will be using would be the same exact as here in the US. Theoretically, I should be able to just pop them out the box and they would connect to the Wifi?

That should work fine. The other possible issue is for the subscription which needs to be from the country where you set the cameras up (the US in this case).
