VMC3050 use in HK or China?

Can the new Arlo Essential outdoor 2nd generation (VMC3050) use in HK or China? I can't find this model in the Arlo App and cannot pair it.

First, I'm not at all sure China or HK can use Arlo anymore. Perhaps a mod can be sure. @JamesC ?

Also, new models typically roll out in stages rather than every region getting them at the same time. Firmware updates are also frequently rolled out the same way for various reasons.

Arlo Essential Generation 2 devices are not available to onboard in all regions. If the devices are not available for onboarding within the app, this means Gen 2 devices have not officially launched in your region.
