Hi there, one of my brand new Essential Outdoor 2nd gen. has been stolen, how do I use the Arlo Europe Theft Replacement program? I cannot find a scheme or a mail address to send the documentation?

I encourage you to reach out to Arlo Support in your region to start the process. You can find support contact information within the Arlo Secure app under Settings > Support.
