I am trying to unregister 2 cameras that do not show up in the app or website. I gave my cameras to someone else and they are registered to me and will not link.

Did you remove them from your account before you gave them away?
Or did they somehow disappear on their own?

Disappeared on their own. Actually my dads cameras. He passed away so I gave them to someone else. I am able to login to his account/dashboard but no devices exist. Yet the new "owner" can not link 2 cameras as they say they are still registered. And there are no devices listed under Settings/Subscription.... Do I need to sign up for a subscription so I can get live support? Then cancel when fixed?
