Two cameras but shows No Devices???

Devices are not showing up in app . I’ve had a subscription started today   Which is showing No Devices & no where to ADD?

Are you meaning to say that

  • you see no cameras at all on the devices page?
  • that you see the cameras on the devices page, but they are not in the subscription plan?
  • something else???
