I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Thanks. I’ve tried unplugging the power cord and unplugging my router but the app still says searching for device when trying to setup HomeKit. Any guidance?

Make sure the homekit has access to Arlo.
Uninstall and reinstall the app
Then follow the steps I had previously sent.
If it happens not to work this time you would need to reset the basestation. But please keep in mind you would have to re-add all the cameras back onto the account.
