I’m in Puerto Rico and I’m trying to connect my 4 new essential outdoor camara and I’m unable to connect because The 2nd gen option does not appear in the app. There is a solution for these

I have finished disassembling my old Arlo wired and I have everything ready to make my 2nd doorbell operational....and Im in Chile south america....NOT WORKING as everyone outside US. Im going to reinstall the old one again...OMG

When will the latest version of the Arlo app user interface be rolled out to all regions ( I'm in Bermuda). Totally unacceptable for this to not be completed.  People have purchased cameras expecting them to work and they don't.  There is no notice on the package to say the app may not be available in all regions.  Please fix this ASAP.

When will the onboarding for Bermuda be avaiable cant set up Essential Outdoor 2nd Generation.  This problem needs to be fixed!

When will you have information on this, so many people are having this issue and Arlo has done nothing.  What is the hold up, people have spent money for something that doesnt work. Ans stop saying you don't have the information, you work for Arlo, go and find out!!!

It's been over a year now and I have no solution. I'm in South America, I've bought three cameras on Amazon and I feel ripped off as there's no indication that they only work in the US. I decided to switch from WYZE to ARLO and it's been the worst decision I've ever made.
Obviously there's no support of any kind, I read hundreds of users with the same problem.
I hope they fix it soon.

I live in Colombia and software version is 5.3.2 but essential 2nd option do not appear on app in order to pair.

When are you going to fix this? I see way too many negative comments about this product because you haven’t expanded the regions. I’m going to request a full refund and switch to another brand. This is the worst! I WILL NEVER BUY ARLO AGAIN. The after-sales service is useless. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this product.

James, this is really not good enough. Somebody needs to get this sorted as soon as possible. I’ve shipped these cameras halfway across the world. I’m very unhappy with this product and obviously the support provided for the product

Can you not use a VPN to setup an account and then onboard?

It looks as if Arlo have finally updated the app to include the 2nd Generation camera ( for my country anyway) Thanks Arlo for listening!!!

Sorry it hasn’t been resolved. I was able to set up using a vpn, but the only problem is the time zone is incorrect. Hopefully, Arlo will sort this update out.
