In the years I’ve been an Arlo customer I’ve had nothing but problems. From my first two cameras years ago with no audio and another year of unsuccessful attempts to fix it with Arlo support going over the same routine on my every call. Didn’t work the first time so the tenth time going to be no different. Lived with it because no charge for cloud or maintaining a library on past videos. However now with the purchase of two Essential 2K cameras suddenly there’s a charge of $29.85 a month! Unacceptable!Also went from $19.95 to $29.95 in a matter if a day so maybe a case of bait and switch?Anyway not happy AGAIN with Arlo. You’d think being one of the top priced cameras out there their products would be more reliable along with their customer service which seems also to be non-existent
