Why will this one particular camera only take 'snapshots'.

How do I get it to record video?

Maybe check your settings/rules for the camera under ROUTINES...

( in the 3 modes ) there should be an option for the trigger event to then do record or snapshots.

In addition to checking the camera rules, make sure the camera is fully charged (and not in a low-power mode).
