Hi! I’ve tried sharing my devices and they don’t show to the person I’m sharing with. Help.

Does the invitation show up as accepted in your app?

It still shows pending, but he accepted and created an account.

Ask him to try again on a PC

  1. click on "create account" in the invitation
  2. wait for the browser to open to my.arlo.com
  3. log into the existing account (no need to create a new one)
  4. complete the two-factor authentication 

No idea why, but the acceptance often doesn't go well on a mobile device
