Good afternoon.
I just received my Arlo Essential Outdoor Camera and when installing, it would need to be upside down to achieve the angle needed for my driveway. I see everyone saying to go to devices, settings, video setting and toggle 180 degree switch. That option does not even show up for me. I am the account owner and all I see is brightness setting and flicker adjustment. Please help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I received more information, this documentation needs to be updated to reflect the current design. 180 degree image rotation is not currently supported at this time.
Thank you

I'm not seeing it on my Gen 2 camera either - though I am seeing it on my older ones.
Not sure if that is an oversight/bug, or if the camera doesn't have the feature. @JamesC - can you follow up?

Hello,
I have the exact same issue with my newly received Arlo Essential Outdoor (2nd Gen).
No option to rotate the video in the video settings. This is very frustrating as I planned to install it on the ceiling, upside down.

Hello. I'm also looking for a follow-up on this. Documentation indicates that it's a feature, and sadly a necessary one for me to keep the cameras I just purchased.
Hopefully it's a quick software bug that's just continually overlooked!

I have finaly end up purchasing a cheap ceiling mount accessory on a famous Chinese e-commerce site and it solved this issue. It is unfortunate, but it worked for me.

That's a real bummer. It's listed as a feature in their official documentation and everything.
Out of principle I want to take the time to take my cameras down and return them. But I may just go the same route as you did. I only need to rotate one of them...
We'll see if there's any sort of response I guess.

As jojobear linked above, it's found on Page 18 of the official user manual for these cameras:
