I am not certain of the email account associated with the equipment I need to work with. Therefore, I cannot logon or do anything functional. I also am not receiving reset path links to the emails. I would’ve thought are associated with the equipment. I don’t know if there is a corruption regarding my profile or I am missing something.

. I am generally more orderly than this, but this is a complex situation and I believe I will need to contact somebody with a serial number of one of the components and then have somebody tell me which email I am using associated with that. If it is one of the emails, I expect, I may need I may need reset assistance from support as well.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

Brooke, I can find none of the settings nor the envelope you referred to after logging into my account.

 

Sorry about that but I don’t know what to say and I’m generally astute in these basis. Sorry I’m not more familiar with what you’re talking about. How can I contact you via DM for a phone number? I’d be happy to give you an email address on this thread. We can start with that.

Hey there. Aside from the fact that it was supposed to say, I cannot find those things… I was able to find the envelope you referred to by tapping on my user ID at the top of the message you sent me at that point it did open up a screen where the envelope appeared in the top right. Thank you again and I have sent you a message via that thread at this point. Looking forward to resolution and thanks for the response.
