Privacy zones arlo essential 2k vmc3050

This week, I purchased a 3-pack of Arlo Essential 2K cameras.

During installation, privacy zones were working on one of the cameras.

However, after updating to firmware version 1.22 (from the initial version 1.42), the option for privacy zones disappeared on this camera as well.

How can I set up privacy zones on my cameras?

Is it possible to revert the firmware upgrade, or will this be addressed in future updates?

I appreciate any advice you can provide.

Can you confirm those firmware versions? They can't be as you  typed (1.42 originally and 1.22 now - wrong direction). Either way you can't revert to older versions.

I'd start by removing one camera from your account and add it back as if new. If that fixes the issue, proceed with the others.
