Onscreen Control Placement Needs to be Changed

I have been an Arlo user since 2017.  My current suite of cameras includes a mix of Essential Outdoor 2K (Second Gen) and Essential XLs.

I find it particularly annoying that Arlo chooses to put the playback control button in the middle of the screen and STRONGLY suggest that it should be either moved to an outer margin or made a user-selectable position.  Most of my recordings are less than 30 seconds (people walking by on the sidewalk) and by the time the double-bar pause or triangle icon disappear, they have moved out of frame. 

To me, this is a major inconvenience that should be reviewed and fixed through a firmware update ASAP. 

Also, not directly related to this, but... none of the Essential 2K Second Gen literature indicated that the power plug was now a USB-C... I had to open the package to find that out.
