New camera setup

I can't get past th screen on my new installation of my essential outdoor camera that has the reset button on the top. Looks back to reset button on the bottom

    It would seem that your region hasn't been allowed to use the latest cameras. I don't know if that will change at any point. You might want to return the camera and get an older version that is supported.

I'm not sure how to interpret your last sentence - can you explain? And you're sure you're choosing the proper model?

My issue is that when I try to add my new camera, Essential Outdoor Camera 2nd Generation Model VMC 2050 and VMC 3050 the app requires me to press the pairing button on the bottom. My camera has the button on the top. Further when I try to progress it further I get the following screen which if I press the “Button is on the top” tab I am redirected to the beginning.

So how do I proceed from here?

Sounds very much like you're choosing the first generation Essential camera or that your region has no ability to add the 2nd gen devices. Where are you located?

I'm located in Tonga in the South Pacific. I have a Pro 4 camera that works well here.
