My system is not working the way it is programed! Very Very disappointed, frustrated!! Tried to add the third camera that wouldn't work right and download the update and all my cameras went down and the third one still isn't working! Shows up on the devices but not on the Dashboard. Why?
Had to reboot everything and reprogram to only notify me when people are detected but it doesn't always notify me when someone is. I've walked less then three feet in front of them. Both the backdoor and drivway!! Why?
It does sent me notifications for every squirrel, cat and vehicle that I've unselected!! Why?
I payed hard earned money for this system to catch the people that try to break into my truck and steal my stuff (snowblower) in my back yard.
I have no trust that it can do the job. I don't think iam asking to much, it is what this system is designed for? Iam paying Arlo $25.00 a month for something that doesn't perform the way it should! WHY?

Don't waste your money on this system! Buy a couple of trail cameras!

The Dashboard is a customizable area within the latest user interface that allows you to set up camera views to your liking. For more information on how dashboards work, take a look here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062915/What-is-the-Dashboard-on-my-Arlo-Secure-App-and-how-does-it-work

 

If you're experiencing an issue with motion detection, you may need to make adjustments to the sensitivity for your cameras to better suite your environment and the results you're looking for.
