My Arlo essential spotlight is plugged in to AC but it keeps telling me my battery is dead. The blue light is on but not working.

Thank you. I tried this and it didn’t work but I removed the device and then added it and finally it worked. Thank you

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Also try the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if there's a difference.
