Okay, guys, I have a Arlo 2 essentials, outdoor camera. I'm trying to get it to do panoramic view. I cannot make out any details on portrait I can't get it to rotate, what's going on?

Is this with Android or iOS and what's the app version? I was able to rotate with iOS 26 on app version 6.4.4 on a iPhone 16 Pro max specifically.

On Android, note the double-headed arrows in the top right of the video - that changes the display to panoramic (and back to portrait). I assume iOS is the same. It may also be a toggle in the phone settings under Display & Touch called Auto-Rotate Screen at the bottom of that section.
