Am trying to configure outdoor arlo 2nd gen but there is no 2nd gen option in the app, what shoud i do.

Arlo 2nd generation devices are not available yet for onboard in all countries. Stay tuned for an announcement here on the community and on arlo.com for more information on when more countries will be added to the eligibility list.
