I've restarted the device and the app and the phone. 

Nothing is helping. 

I'm close to actually paying for a subscription and I've even bought another camera because this did not happen until lately.  This has to be coming from you guys because the recording shows the stamp from the day before but I don't get it till the next day.  Closing and reopening has done nothing. 

My wifi speed is over 200 mb/sec

Is this happening with every recording or is the behavior inconsistent? If you live stream and manually record, does the recording arrive as it should?

Your email reply told me it takes 24 hours to access videos.

Oh no that's no good.

That can't be right and yes it was consistent.

So if I'm at work and I want to check what's happening in the last few hours,  i can't go that. I have to wait until the next day. 

The first week or so it was taking a few hours.  I just figured that me account or trial maybe. 

This can't be right..

I've never had a system take that long. 

I just read where one guy was complaining because his was taking over 10 minutes to access. 

I've got to return what I've got and the others i bought. 

This a not just a disappointment this is a bad surprise.

I was reading the title of the reply which is what i wrote. 

Sorry for the misunderstanding. 

I'm still still getting them a day late. 

I'll try doing the recording.

Emanuel recording came in very quickly but the last Recording lunch on took about two hours to populate.

Which is better, but it's late now. I'm going to have to try to make it Record a motion or something

But I'll do that tomorrow.
