received an offer for 60% off annual subscription for Unlimited Plus security service on my existing Arlo cams and account. went through entire process including entering credit card info and before i could click on complete order a orange bar appears at top of browsew window saying Error while calculating tax, Billing address is Null, then a second orange bar pops up saying Were sorry, Arlo is unavailable, please try again later.
Have tried on multiple computers, browsers, phone and ipad, same error, and i cannot go back in and edit my cc or billing address info. Over an hour on chat with Arlo support, and on phone as well, and they have no fix as of yet
anyone else gettting this error as of 11/20/2025?

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Hi Brooke, thanks for the offer of assistance, as i have been getting nowhere with the chat support agents thus far, they just keep asking for screenshots of the errors as well as HAR logs, (both of which i have sent)
i am unable to DM you as you have requested as i do not see the envelope icon and when i go into my profile settings there is no place for me to select Private messanger
what is next step?
