I don't even know where to start! I just updated my Arlo software today. This was a huge mistake! The new software is awful! If I can't figure something out in the next day or two, I am cancelling my subscription! Things were great for me for the last 2 years. I have 6 cameras on my account, and everything functioned how I wanted it to. Now, nothing functions how I need it to!  I really need the option to disarm and arm my cameras individually. It needs to be easy to do, like it used to be. I don't want to have to click so many times to try to turn off a device. It used to be so easy! Also, it looks like the update has turn the sirens on all of my cameras by default. I do not want my sirens on. All I want is a notification on my phone that motion was detected. And when I get a notification, I can click on it, and it will show me the recorded video. I do not want to click on a notification, and it connect to a live feed from the camera. Is there any way to downgrade back to the old software?

Try contacting arlo support to ask them to revert your account to use the original UI.

if your equipment is no longer fit for purpose you should get a full refund.

I called support and asked if it would be possible to revert back to the previous UI and they said no.

Unfortunately there isn't, although there are unconfirmed reports of some few individuals being able to have that done.

There's been lots of constructive feedback about the new user interface, and yet, most of us are now stuck with it, with significant changes that improve the experience being implemented at a very slow pace (annually, if not less often).

The director of product development at Arlo visits this forum so I'm sure he's aware of the feedback.
