I need to. find out all emails and cell phone numbers that has ever been linked or attached to my account. I cannot find anywhere online a phone number where I can talk to a REAL person from corporate about this.

I don't think you'll be able to get the history, it seems unlikely that Arlo would keep that information. Only the current user(s) should be able to access the account now.  Have you ever used the "Friend" account feature?

Access to phone support requires a subscription.  You get phone support from the app (NOT the browser).  Googling for a phone number almost always leads to a scam support site.
