Why not just give me phone number I paid for this service I have receipt hood till Aug 3024

You can contact Arlo support within the Arlo app under Settings > Support.

 

Are you able to provide more details about what you're experiencing? We may be able to help here on the community. Are you able to live stream the camera? Have you set the camera to "Arm Away" under routines?
