IT IS NOT SYNCHED WITH MY PHONE.  I HAVE OTHER ARLO CAMERA THAT WORK FINE.

Is this the first time you've tried onboarding the camera or was it already connected to your account and is no longer working?

 

At what point during setup do you experience an issue?
