How do I add people to account.
we have followed adding people and sent an invite but this requires the person to do a lot within the email

First, I suggest using a PC to accept the invite.
The steps are to
- open the email
- click on the create account link in the email. This will open the PC browser to "my.arlo.com"
- If the person has an Arlo account already, then they just log into it (completing the two-factor authentication step)
- If the person does not have an Arlo account already, then they need to create one.
Note that you can have multiple people log into the same account. You do want to be thoughtful about that, since everyone would have full access and control of both the Arlo devices and the the payment method. But this certainly is an option if you are sharing with a spouse or partner. Also, you could create a single account that is shared by all your children.
