Hi, I would like to request arlo look into adding a feature that is in Gen 1 essential camera but for some reason not in Gen 2. I think it was over looked. That feature is 180 degree image rotate. I believe this feature is even more critical for Gen 2 cameras because the mounting point at the back of Gen 2 Cameras is not dead center, it’s 3/4 from the top.
can this feature be added or can someone point me in the right direction to request it. I don’t think it should be too big of an ask as it’s in all Gen 1 cameras already.

Any update or follow-up on this? I just purchased two of these cameras and will be returning them. The documentation and everything indicates there's an option to rotate the image. It's a simple feature...

Any update on the ability to flip the image on the gen 2 cameras? Pretty poor software to not have this option available. @Everyone

It's been a while, so I doubt they will add it. It could be a hardware limitation in the imager. Or Arlo might want to limit the water exposure of the USB port (not allowing it to point upwards).
FWIW, the camera is pretty symmetric, so I am not understanding why this is a big deal. It'd be useful to know why you need this feature.
