Hello
I have an Arlo Essentials outdoor camera that will not hook up to wifi. Multiple attempts have been made to do so. The camera acts like it has connected, but on the control center it says camera off line. A factory reset has been tried. At the end of all this the camera flashes an amber light.
Any suggestions?

Do you have other cameras already connected? Is the WiFi set to use WPA2 (AES) encryption?

I have 4 other camera's hooked up to the same wifi. The wifi is also encrypted.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support. Choose your camera and scroll down to Contacts to see what official support offers.
