Hello, I am not able to initialize my camera thru the app. The essentials outdoor 2nd generation is not in the list of cameras. I have purchased my set from Illionois and setting up at my home at EMEA area. Does the app defferes between US and EMEA?

The roll-out of the new cameras varies according to region. Make sure you have the latest app but otherwise you'll have to wait.

I have downloaded the app couple days ago and didnot find any update. As far as I can understand need to wait the company add my system for EMAE region users 😞
