Essential outdoor 2nd gen and iPad 10.5 inch

Hi, Everyone,

I am having trouble getting into settings with my iPad. In either device or events or dashboard, it maximizes the screen when I hit the window. Sorry if this does not make sense.  I cannot access the sprocket thing at all from my iPad. 

I have to close the app with the three dots at the top to return to the dashboard too.

I've not been able to replicate any issues using an iPad/iOS when navigating to settings. Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?
