My Arlo essential pro 2 was working great and now all of a sudden it’s not saving any video clips to my feed, it is Notifying of motion, but not saving clips to feed. This issued came up shortly after trail subscription ended. My old pro 2’s with base station still record and save clips.

The legacy pro2 cameras still have the Arlo 7 days free cloud storage service but any newer models require a subscription plan to use Arlo cloud storage.

Try removing it from the account and then adding it back on please.

Can this be done remotely?  Or must I be on site with the cameras?

Removing the camera and adding it back on has to be done on site where the camera is.
