Essential Outdoor camera with solar won’t hold a charge

I have an essential outdoor camera with solar panel that won’t hold a charge. Tried cleaning the panel, repositioning the panel, charging the camera with wired power and nothing works.

System is 7 months old and I pay monthly charge. 
Chat is in an endless rotation and won’t answer.
