Please help me with this issue,the camera was working flawlessly and then one day we logged into the app and it was disconnected,ever since we cannot get it to connect after scanning the QR code and it beeps for some reason even if it's directly next to my router it doesn't find the camera on the wifi. I've sat there trying to set it up over and over again with no success. It makes the beep after scanning the QR code and everything like it should so I truly don't know what's going wrong. Please help

Is the camera still under warranty? If so, you may be entitled to a replacement by using the app to go to Settings, Support and contacting official support.
Have you tried resetting the camera, too?
