I just received two cameras. I got them on Amazon, refurbished. I plugged one in to charge, blue light blinked a few times, fine. Plugged in second camera, no blue blinks. Different cords, different chargers, same. Tried a factory reset, now it's been blinking amber for like 5 minutes. Id like to remove the battery, but can't.
Any thoughts?

Amazon refurbished may be the issue. We have no idea what the process to test them is.
When plugging in a camera to AC power, the camera LED should blink blue briefly indicating power was applied. After that, it should go out until fully charged when it should turn solid blue. Charging typically takes ~3 hours, +/-.
The one that doesn't blink blue when connecting power is likely toast but you can try the following procedure to see if that works. The key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge into the battery to then allow it to charge properly.

At this point, I'm not only angry, but ashamed of myself for continuing to buy Arlo products.
The camera that does give me the blue light for charging also gives me the light and chime to sync. Then does nothing. I've not yet had any of their cameras sync without dozens and dozens of attempts, sometimes a couple of hours. These things really are junk.
