My camera won't connect to the base hub. The red motion lights are staying red and keep clicking. I've tried tech support and they had me reset my base, which I did and consequently lost another camera that now won't reconnect. It's so expensive to replace these cameras but I don't know what else to do. Both cameras are less than a year old. 😡

Are you certain this is an Essential Gen 2?

 

Essential Gen 2 cameras can't be connected to your base [yet].  Arlo has said they will add that feature, but they haven't said when.
