When I was doing research on Arlo, I saw that the customer service listen not helpful but I went ahead and purchase six cameras one of them went bad. Call customer service the guy wanted the picture of the charger I’m using. And then when I called again, I was on call for 50 minutes most of the time I was on hold, after troubleshooting, the guy said he’s replacing the camera and he updated the incident. Also, send me an email. I have not received an email nor an updated ticket now I’m worried that tomorrow when I call I have to go through the same process. I’ll be on hold for 50 minutes and God knows if I’m gonna get my issue resolved.

Yes. I called them in the morning. They place the order for replacement.
