Hello! I can't connect my VMC 2052 to the official app, I'm from Brazil! The camera model doesn't appear in the app, can you help me? The QR code doesn't work

Brazil is not listed as a country that can get a subscription which is needed for these cameras.

The camera may eventually show up in the app for you but without a subscription or a hub to connect it to for local recordings, there's little utility available.

You can use a VPN that connects to the US or other country that can get a subscription, create an account then and add the doorbell. You'll also need a credit card from that country to purchase a subscription. Once configured, you don't need the VPN to manage or use the system.
