I have 2 outdoor cameras and a doorbell already connected. I’m trying to now connect a 3rd camera to the same WiFi and I can’t get it to work. I have factory reset, tried 2.4ghz WiFi, checked the blue flashing lights. Made sure I’m in range of the router and it won’t connect. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try rebooting your router - that's helped some others.

Thank you. Tried this but still the same problem. The blue flashing light seems to go off as soon as this image is displayed. And then nothing happens until the ‘no Arlo device found’ message comes up.

Is the problem camera the same model as the other two?

Yes. I bought them all together as a pack of 3. My dad used it for a few months with his Arlo doorbell and then has returned it to me. I’m now trying to link it to my system.

The blue light doesn’t continue to flash whilst being discovered - any thoughts?

Did your dad remember to remove the camera from his account?

He has done now, thank you for this advice. I’ve tried again and it still doesn’t connect. The blue flashing lights turn off almost immediately after the connecting screen comes up on my phone

Now try a hardware reset of the camera. Hold down the pairing button until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds). Then try the install again.
