Can’t connect my camera

I’m in New Zealand  and I’m trying to connect my 2 new essential outdoor camara and I’m unable to connect because The 2nd gen option does not appear in the app. There is a solution for these .  If not please can you kind and not sell or have store selling this kind of cameras in this region of the world ?  Make sense . I’m reading all the issues with this cameras why step you exporting to other regions . Any advice or I should just send it back to the store ??

Do you have the latest app that would include these cameras? If so, it would appear that your region isn't supported for them yet.

Did you create your Arlo account using a VPN or while you were in a different country? This is likely why the 2nd generation cameras are not showing up in the list. Your account needs to be created in a region where 2nd generation devices are supported. Try creating a new Arlo account without using a VPN.
