Can't adjust activity zones

I noticed today I can't setup or even have the option for activity zones just privacy zones, it's really disappointing with these cameras I've followed all the different tutorials and problem solving issues to no success, I don't even have a activity zone option any more, what a joke think I'll bin these cameras and use my google nest cameras
