Can’t add camera

Got the subscription, one out of four cameras wasnt recording, did a reset on it, it removed the camera entirely, now I can’t add it back because Arlo can’t find it.

Are you saying you not only reset the camera but also removed it from your account? You need to do both actions before trying to add it back again.
