Can't Update Credit Card

I have three of these cameras and need to update my credit card information. I have tried three web browsers and my phone App but none will allow me to change the card information or add a new card. When I click "Add New Payment" a box pops us that says:

"PAYMENT INFO
Set as default payment
Future renewals will use this card." There is a sliding tab to the right of this, but it is greyed out. When I click the "
Add" button, nothing happens. Spent a long time with chat yesterday, they walked me through downloading the "HAR" file and thereafter I emailed that file to them. Waiting for a response. I noticed that the most recent fee for the Plus Unlimited Plan has gone up to $10 per month for the Annual Plan, while I am currently paying $4.99 per month for the same plan. After reading several reviews, I am wondering if they are going to force me to cancel and sign back up for the higher rate.

Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
