Cameras - no recordings after 30 days

I just bought two new cameras and after 30 days they don’t record anything any longer the original ones I have still record but these new ones don’t?

Yes it is a sad situation that arlo stopped the free cloud storage feature for newer model cameras back in 2018.

 

The pro2 and earlier models still retains the free 7days cloud service.

 

You will need to purchase a subscription plan once the trial subscription expires to get cloud services again for newer model cameras.

 

There is a poor mans option to use a base station to record to the local storage device but has limitations. E.g. You need to remove the USB to view recordings on a pc.

 

If you use a arlo hub you can view them on the mobile app again with limitations.
