Had cameras working fine for eight months until one week ago and two days ago respectively. Messages received, camera off-line and firmware update available. Cameras no longer hold Wi-Fi signal after update. Removed cameras, reinstalled, restarted, and re-updated all software and cameras continue to fail.

Bigtexas13,
When you say they "no longer hold WiFi signal" are you saying the WiFi icon is showing poor signal strength or are the cameras continuing to drop offline? If you temporarily relocate the cameras as a test, do you still see the same behavior?

No Solution, no response, no help from Arlo team what so ever. The technical support resolution are as follow: 1,. Get a new computer. 2. Try a different browser, 3. Clear cache. The Community Manager James (?) has not bothered to respond at. Zero help from entire staff.

Bigtexas13,
If you continue experiencing the same behavior after temporarily relocating the cameras as suggested above, I encourage you to reach out to the support team and open a ticket using the Arlo secure app under Settings > Support. From there you can open a ticket and engage with a support agent to further investigate the issue you're experiencing.
